Before Contacting Support

• Confirm your iPhone is running iOS 17 or later.
• Restart the app if a timer or purchase screen appears stuck.
• Use Restore Purchases in Settings if Pro does not appear after subscribing.
• Check iOS Settings if notifications are not appearing.

When asking for help, include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened.
