Anti-Addiction OS is designed as a local-first wellbeing tool. The app helps users create a short pause before impulsive behavior and does not require an account.

Data Stored on Device

The app stores urge history, custom urge labels, visible default urge preferences, profile name, avatar choice, optional avatar image, settings, intensity level, notification preference, and subscription status locally on the user's device using iOS storage.

iCloud Continuity

To protect progress across app updates and device changes, urge history and intensity level may be backed up through Apple's private iCloud Key-Value Store when iCloud is available for the user's Apple ID. The developer does not operate a separate server for this data.

Data Collection

The current app does not collect personal data on a developer-operated external server.

Notifications

If enabled, notifications are scheduled locally on device to remind users when a delay timer finishes.

Purchases

Subscription purchase and entitlement information is handled by Apple's StoreKit and App Store infrastructure.
